At the heart of the community for almost 100 years

Dean Row Village Hall dates back almost 100 years and offers character space, combined with modern facilities.

The two halls (each with a kitchen) can be hired independently or booked together. In either case the lovely enclosed rear garden (15m by 7.5m) is available to users.
 
Dean Row Village Hall hosts a wide variety of activities – from dancing and drama classes for young people, to bridge clubs, Yoga, language and Pilates classes for adults.     

We are home to 6th Wilmslow Scout Group and Dean Row WI. To find out more about what is on offer please visit our User Groups page.

Main Hall (13m x 7m)

Ideal venue for presentations or meetings as well as classes and family parties.  The Main Hall runs at right angles to the front elevation and is not visible from the front of the building.

At Dean Row Village Hall we aim to provide a inclusive community hub. If there is anything that isn’t answered here, please do drop us an email.
Q. What are the hire charges?

A. Our standard rates for one-off bookings are £15 per hour for the main hall and £10 per hour for the small hall. We offer significant discounts to regular users or for extended bookings

Q. What catering equipment is included?

A. Hire includes the use of the cookers, fridges, microwaves, tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery and glasses

Q. What size are the halls?

A. The main hall is 13m x 7m and the small hall is 11m x 6m

Q. Is there any outdoor space?

A. There is a lovely, enclosed garden to the rear of the hall, measuring 15m by 7.5m, which is available to users

Q. Is there parking on-site?

A. The only parking is on the roadside, so we ask all hall users to park considerately to avoid causing any difficulty to our neighbours. Unrestricted parking is available on Adlington Road.

Location

Browns Lane, Wilmslow, SK9 2BR

Dean Row Village Hall sits at the southern end of Browns Lane, just beyond the junction with Cross Lane.  Easy access is available from Adlington Road, turn left if you are travelling from Wilmslow.  

To reach the Village Hall from Dean Row Road, follow Dean Row Road to the large roundabout and take the last exit – Adlington Road towards Wilmslow.  Browns Lane is then a right turn off the main road – indicated by a pointing sign.  

Please note that Browns Lane is not continuous and it is not possible to drive all the way along from Dean Row Road.
The Village Hall sits in a pretty, semi-rural residential area.  

The only parking is on the roadside, so we ask all hall users to park considerately to avoid causing any difficulty to our neighbours. Unrestricted parking is available on Adlington Rood.
